RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine print carefully for each product before buying it.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or logistical challenges due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In this case, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Trak N Tell is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Trak N Tell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellation policy will be applicable only for 1 day from the date of purchase. Any refund request after 1 day will not be considered.
In case the client is not satisfied with our product and it is proved that the reasons are genuine after investigation, refund can be issued.
Refund policy will be applicable only for 3 days from the date of purchase. Any refund request after 3 days will not be considered.
If paid by credit/debit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name, payment refund will be made to the same account.
The refund process may take up to 10-15 business days.
